Accounts:
Are due for settlement on departure. Cheques will be accepted on
production of a valid Cheque Card, otherwise prior arrangements can be
made to facilitate clearance.
Arrival/Departure:
Please be advised arrival time is after 3.00p.m. and departure time is
11.00a.m.
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings must be confirmed in writing, with a deposit to secure the
reservation.
Deposits:
£50.00 per person for all reservations, which is non refundable. We
recommend customers take out their own insurance policy to cover them in
the event of cancellation.
Valuables:
Please enquire at reception should you wish your valuables to be kept in
our Safe.
Cancellations:
As the Hotel only has a limited number of Rooms we reserve the right to
charge for any Rooms cancelled within 72 hours of time of arrival. This
also applies to non-arrivals.
Late Arrivals:
Rooms are held until 6.p.m. unless we have been notified of a later time
of arrival.
Porterage:
A 24-hour Porter service is available and the Night Porter will be
advised of any late arrivals or early morning departures.
Dogs:
Dogs (with the exception of guide dogs) are not permitted in the Hotel
or Bedrooms at any time.
Restaurant:
The Restaurant offers full Table d'Hote and A La Carte menus and is
completely non-smoking. Guests on Room, Breakfast and Dinner terms
choosing from our a la Carte menu will be charged a supplement.
Restaurant Times:
Breakfast Monday to Saturday: 7.30.a.m. to 9.30 a.m. Sundays 8.00a.m. to
9.30a.m.
Dinner: 7.00.p.m. to 8.45 p.m.
Dinner Sundays: 7.00.p.m. to 8.00 p.m. |
