The Restaurant offers full Table dHote
and A La Carte Menus.
Guests on Room Breakfast and Dinner terms choosing from our A La Carte
menu are given an allowance per person towards the cost.
Dinners for Babies and Infants under 7 years of age are available from
our Lounge Bar or Room Service Menu from 6.00 p.m.
A tasty selection of Hot and Cold Bar Meals is available at lunchtime
and also during the evening in the Lounge Bar.
ACCOUNTS
Are due for settlement on presentation. Cheques will be accepted on
production of a valid cheque card, otherwise prior arrangements can be
made to facilitate clearance. Please note we do not accept Credit Card
payments by American Express or Diners Club.
DEPARTURE
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00 a.m. on the dayof
departure.
EMERGENCIES
In case of emergency during the night please dial 0 for Reception
where our night porters will be happy to assist you.
DRY CLEANING/LAUNDRY
A dry cleaning and laundry service is available. Please contact
Reception.
IRON AND IRONING BOARD
Are available upon request. Please contact Reception.
TOWELS AND TOILETRIES
Should guests require extra towels or toiletries please contact
Reception who will be most happy to assist.
SHOE CLEANING
A Shoe Cleaning Machine is available in the middle corridor adjacent to
Room 14.
VALUABLES
No responsibility can be accepted for the safe custody of valuables
unless deposited with the Management and a receipt obtained.
NEWSPAPERS
Will be delivered to your Room upon request.
FAX/PHOTOCOPYING AND E MAIL SERVICE
These services are available from Reception please contact the duty
Receptionist.
ROOM SERVICE
Continental Breakfast may be served in Bedrooms at no extra charge if
ordered from Reception before 9.00 p.m. the previous evening. Our Room
Service menu is displayed in your Room Folder. Refreshments and Bar
Meals are available from 12 noon to 2.00 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
each day in our Lounge Bar Areas. Traditional Afternoon Cream Teas are
served between 3.00 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. each day.
SERVICE CHARGE
The Hotel does not operate a Service Charge. This is left to our Guests
discretion.
TELEPHONE
The Switchboard is continually manned 24 hours a day. Please dial 0
for reception and 9 for an outside line. Calls are charged at 20 pence
per unit. Guests wishing to contact other guests staying in the Hotel
please prefix their Room Number by 2.
KEYS
We would like to inform our Guests that the Hotel doors are locked at
Midnight. Please deposit Room Keys at Reception in order that the Night
Porter is aware of your absence from the Hotel.
PICNIC LUNCHES
The Headwaiter will be pleased to take orders on the previous evening.
FIRE
Guests are requested to make themselves familiar with the various exits
from the building and the situation of the fire fighting appliances. In
the event of fire guests are requested to assemble at the entrance to
the Car Park. We would also advise that the fire drill alarm bell is
tested at 11.00 a.m. on a Monday Morning.
