It is very difficult to list all of the things that attract visitors to our hotel and the area in general. The unspoilt coast and countryside are of course high on the list. Walkers can enjoy a stroll along the River on the Tarka Trail or more strenuous rambles along the Coastal Path. Lovers of the water can partake of sea fishing trips, sailing, pleasure cruises to Lundy Island or a simple ferry trip to Appledore. |
Our special climate creates a gardeners delight and a trip to Rosemoor RHS Gardens is a must if you have green fingers. Instow has won many awards in the 'In Bloom' competitions and the innovative approach to horticulture is on show all around the village. In the Summer months a stroll down to the Cricket Club to watch a match taking place in front of the Ocean from the thatched clubhouse can take you back in time. |
