Please be advised that the hotel is unsuitable for children under ten years of age

Accommodation is free for children sharing a room with their parents, with meals being charged as taken.
14 to 16 years
50% of Full Tariff
(Children under sixteen in their own rooms 75% of full Tariff)
16 years and upwards
100% of Full Tariff

OCCUPANCY TERMS


All tariffs are for Room, Full English Breakfast, and Table d’ Hôte Dinner, based on two people sharing a twin or double room. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the Standard Rate.
Marine Luxury Rooms and Sea Facing Rooms are let only on double occupancy and Room, Breakfast and Dinner terms for a minimum two-night stay. There is a supplement of £10.50 per night for single occupancy of a double side or rear room.

 

DINING


To avoid disappointment, we would appreciate prior notice should you wish to have additional guests for Dinner.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies or special dietary needs in order that these may be catered for.

On Sunday Evenings only from the beginning of May until the end of October a Buffet Dinner is served in the Restaurant, This consists of a choice of two starters, a main course consisting of a variety of Cold Meats and Seafood, accompanied by a selection of compound salads, followed by a choice of desserts and freshly brewed coffee and mints.


Please note that we would ask that guests to wear “smart casual” clothes in the Marine Restaurant.





Conditions of Booking


Accounts:
Accounts must be settled on departure. Cheques will be accepted on production of a valid Cheque Card, otherwise prior arrangements can be made to facilitate clearance.
Arrival/Departure:
Arrival time is from 3.00p.m. Latest departure time is 11.00a.m.

Booking Confirmation:

All bookings must be confirmed by payment of a Deposit to secure the reservation.

Deposits:

£50.00 per person, which is non refundable. We strongly recommend guests to arrange insurance to cover them in the event of cancellation.

Valuables:

Please enquire at reception should you wish your valuables to be kept in our Safe.

Cancellations:

As the Hotel only has a limited number of Rooms we reserve the right to charge for any Rooms cancelled within 72 hours of time of arrival. This also applies to non-arrivals.

Late Arrivals:

Rooms are held until 6.p.m. unless we have been notified of a later time of arrival.

Porterage:

A 24-hour Porter service is available and the Night Porter will be advised of any late arrivals or early morning departures.

Dogs:

Dogs (with the exception of guide dogs) are not permitted in the Hotel or Bedrooms at any time.

Restaurant:

The Restaurant offers full Table d'Hote and A La Carte menus and is completely non-smoking. Guests on Room, Breakfast and Dinner terms choosing from our a la Carte menu will be charged a supplement.

Restaurant Times:

Breakfast Monday to Saturday: 7.30.a.m. to 9.30 a.m. Sundays 8.00a.m. to 9.30a.m.
Dinner: 7.00.p.m. to 8.45 p.m.
Dinner Sundays: 7.00.p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
